Kissing this character: If it's on the cheek, then yes. If it's on the lips or anywhere else, then you have to ask the mun unless you're a Valvatorez. [blatant shipping bias]
Flirting with this character: Allowed, keep groping to a minimum plz.

Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Yes; message mun for permission to break her bones, paralyze her, or inflict mortal damage kthnx.

Warnings: This Artina was yanked from the end of Chapter 6 of Disgaea 4, meaning she's still going by Vulcanus and still in the mindset of 'Collecting HL = TOP PRIORITY!!!' so she might try to extort money from you...but only if you're a certain type of person, most likely (read: corrupt politician or corporate jackass).

Other: As an angel, her blood has incredible healing/medicinal properties that can--according to canon--cure any ailment. Will probably nerf if I end up sending her to a game.

Only those who still believe in God and the angels and have the capacity to love can see and hear her in canon. Will most likely tweak/bend this if I send her to a game.
